A Prospective Marriage Visa (Fiancé Visa) allows you to come to Australia to marry your prospective spouse and then apply for a Partner visa. This is a temporary visa granted for 9 months enabling you to live, work and study in Australia.

  • Australian citizen
  • Australian permanent resident
  • eligible New Zealand citizen
• You must intend to marry your prospective spouse before the visa period ends
• You must be 18 years old or older
